What delivery and pick-up options do you offer?

We provide a range of delivery options for customer in Australia. Due to be a 100% online retailer, we do not offer pick-up from our warehouse, however we aim to get your product shipped as soon as possible. You can find out more information about our shipping including fees by clicking here.

Do you offer discounts on larger purchases?

Do I need to pay G.S.T?

By law, we are required to apply a 10% GST charge to all sales, which is included in the price shown on our Website.

How long will it take for my purchase to be posted to me?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday) once payment has been received into our nominated bank account. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information about our shipping timeframes.

Can I order products over the phone?

We recommend ordering on our Website that is completely safe and secure and ensures we can process your order as soon as possible. Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal and direct bank transfer for our commercial clients.

How will I know when my payment has been received and my purchase posted?

Once we receive confirmation that your payment has been received into our nominated bank account, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice. You will also receive an email updating you once your product has been shipped from our warehouse with a tracking number.

Are my credit card details stored when I pay for something on your website?

No. If paying with your credit card your payment is encrypted and you process your payment yourself and we never view your card details. If you call to pay with your credit card direct with us we place card number direct into our merchant facility whilst on the phone and is deleted once payment is processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we have received payment and dispatched your order, we are unable to cancel your purchase. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page that explains our ‘Change of Mind’ policy.

 

Delivery

How do I know if my item has been posted?

You will receive an email notification from us once we have dispatched your purchase from our warehouse including a tracking number.

How are postage costs calculated?

To keep your costs to a minimum, we offer free shipping for all purchases over $99! We offer a flat rate charge of $10 for all purchases under $99.

How long does delivery take?

Free Shipping Australia wide takes up to 14 business days (depending on location) sent with Australia Post.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use a range of shipping providers including Australia Post. For items over 20kg or longer than a meter in length we have to use a courier as it larger than Australia Post size restrictions.

I havent received my order yet, what should I do?

If you choose the Registered Post option, this will require your signature before the courier or driver will hand you the package. Our experience is that your package is probably awaiting your collection at the Local Post Office or courier depot if courier is used, as the drivers often could not be bothered to leave a calling card! Also delivery times are estimates only and are based on nothing going wrong in freight such road delays or busy trading periods for couriers.

Is my item traceable once you have posted it to me?

Yes most services have tracking capabilities and you will be provided a tracking number once your product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
